Not sure if I am the only one. But haven't you all seen reels and videos of men marrying two women and how happily they live? Armaan Malik tops the list but if you scroll through Instagram, you will see how it is a growing trend. There is this Rajpoot guy ( forget his first name) who is married twice and they make videos on YouTube and how the first wife truly loves the second wife.

And as you scroll more, you see more such reels where the first wife is excited about the second wife. The husband is madly in love with both of them. It's the same theme each time.

I often wonder that isn't second marriage is illegal under the Hindu Marriage Act. Like, don't these couples deserve jail time? Also doesn't the first wife feel betrayal, jealousy, and anger when the husband marries again? How is everything so sanitized? This person has made a video of how he sleeps with both his wives that has millions of views.

Nothing surprises me anymore. I have lived enough not to care much. But at what point these young women are okay with marrying an already married man who is not divorced yet? According to the law, they have no legal rights, God forbid if things go south. Because the law only recognizes what's on paper not what your heart feels. These girls are stay-at-home content creators. Their content is about their marriage. How are these young women okay living without any legal protection or social sanctions? I feel so scared thinking about it all.

The tragedy is that this trend is increasing and someday someone will pay a heavy price.

Don't sign up your lives for something that the law doesn't even recognize. God forbid things go wrong. You will end up with absolutely nothing.
